Missing or Damaged Products & Returns
If you did not pay a shipping fee, your order will be shipped TO YOUR SCHOOL and Distributed by your teacher in early SEPTEMBER
RETURN PROCEDURE

INSTRUCTIONS:
If you have already purchased a pack, returns will only be accepted as follows:
1. RETURN DATE: Your pack must be returned to our warehouse between September 16, 2024 – October 11, 2024. No exceptions
2. EMAIL US: support@creativepacks.ca to arrange your return.
3. RETURN PROCESS:
- Please provide your Order #, School Name, Grade and Child’s Name
- You may return your pack and/or product(s) Monday through Friday between the hours of 10:00 AM and 4:00 PM. No exceptions
Package A Contents
- Individual items cannot be refunded separately.
- All products must be unused and in their unopened original packaging.
- We cannot refund your Creative Pack if any items do not meet this criteria as the PACK is sold as a PACKAGE Price.
Package B and C Items
- All products must be unused and in their unopened original packaging.
- Provided you have met the criteria above, you will be refunded the original amount of the Package B and/or C items. (less any shipping costs paid).
4. REFUND
- Refunds will be processed back to your original form of payment, and will take 3-5 business days to post back to your account.
MISSING CREATIVE PACK PROCEDURE
- If you are missing an entire pack, please email us at support@creativepacks.ca or you may use the form below to contact us. Please put “MISSING PACK” in the subject line of an email or in the body of the form below.
- Please provide the Order #, Student's Name, School and Grade.
- To help expedite your query, please check your bank or credit card statement during the time the order was placed to verify payment was accepted (Transaction description will read "Creative Children and Furniture"). If you WERE NOT charged by Creative Children, we did not receive your order.
Our Creative Pack team will attempt to trace your pack as soon as you notify us. If we are unable to find your pack within 48 hours, we will arrange for a new pack to be shipped directly to the school. In our experience, most missing packs are found at the school within a few days. Should this be the case, we will arrange to have the original pack picked up and brought back to our warehouse.
MISSING OR DAMAGED SUPPLIES PROCEDURE
- If you have missing or damaged supplies, you may email us at support@creativepacks.ca or you may use the form below to contact us. Please put "MISSING or DAMAGED" in the subject line of an email or in the body of the form below.
- Please provide which item(s) were MISSING or DAMAGED and provide your Order #, Student's Name, School and Grade
Our Creative Pack Team will arrange to replace the missing or damaged item(s) as soon as possible. The item(s) will either be shipped to your school or to your home.
If you choose to pick up, please call in advance to make sure the item is available and ready for you at our front desk.
